Being one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood, one would expect Reese Witherspoon to follow a strict diet regimen. An egg white omelet for breakfast, followed by a mid morning snack, a hearty salad for lunch, and a light dinner, consisting of a fist-sized portion of free range organic chicken breast, with a side of greens, right?

Not for this southern belle! She has stayed true to her roots, eating whatever she wants, whenever she want. Her guilty pleasure? Sweets of course!

"I'm made of cookies after the holidays," Reese told Elle magazine.  "Everything inside me is made of sugar and flour and a little red wine-a lot of red wine." Reese is a girl after our own hearts.

The pint-sized beauty is a realist, and allows no smoking mirrors in her reality. She lives her chaotic life similar to the way she diets, which is, as she pleases."I want to not perpetuate any more of this kind of garbage that's out there in the media about women falling in love blindly." She affirmed. " No one's life is perfect, and I'm sick of whatever tabloid stuff or this or that story tries to portray. My life is just as realistic as everybody else's. Whoever thinks someone has a perfect life, I'm so eager to dispel that."

Bet you didn't think America's sweetheart was such a tough cookie! That unbending strength of hers was a major reason director Francis Lawrence cast her in his movie, "Water for Elephants." "What I liked is that there's that determination, but there's also a sense of humor and a sense of vulnerability. It must come from her family and upbringing," He boasted about Reese. "You sort of feel like if she sets her mind to something, it's going to happen-nothing is going to get in her way. And that's part of what keeps her interesting-and oddly a little dangerous."

While Reese considers herself blessed in many ways, her fame has robbed her of something precious to most, her privacy. "I parted with my privacy a long time ago. We went different ways. And sometimes I mourn it. Sometimes I will sit in the car and cry. Because I can't get out. That's the only thing: I mourn the loss of my privacy."
