Miley Cyrus Tweets Yet Another Picture Of Her Shrinking Midsection

Ever since she started dating now fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, 22, pop tart Miley Cyrus, has made it her mission to flaunt her steadily shrinking waistline.
Early Friday morning Cyrus' horde of Twitter followers awoke to an image of her teeny-tiny midsection. The pop singer donned a midriff-baring striped top which clung to her flesh, and green baggy jeans.
"My 'Fiance' jeans. but for real though." She wrote as the caption.
While the 19-year-old looks fit, we can't help but wonder why she's been constantly posting what some might consider, racy pictures of her body on Twitter. Could it be coming from a place of deep-rooted insecurity?

A few months ago, Cyrus took to Twitter to defend her new physique amid rumors of an eating disorder. "For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy," she explained. "It's not about weight -- it's about health. Gluten is crap anyway!"
Even her Pilates instructor Mari Winsor, came to her defense. "I think people need to chill out," said Winsor. "She's healthy and she feels good, that's the main thing. She's smart about her body. She wanted to sculpt her body, that's all."
