Are George Clooney And Stacy Keibler Broken Up?

Rumors have been swirling that eternal bachelor, George Clooney, has broken up with his model girlfriend Stacy Keibler. According to Clooney's reps, it's not so.

"A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true. Total fabrication designed to sell newspapers," the actor's rep, Stan Rosenfield, told E! News Tuesday.

"She said George wants to be on his own again and has no intention of getting married," a supposed friend of Keibler told the gossip magazine. "Stacy hoped they would be together long-term. It was a big breakthrough to spend time with his parents. But over the last few weeks George has pulled away from her."

Clooney and Keibler began their whirlwind romance back in August 2011. But according to media reports, their courtship was just a fling. "He's enjoying spending time with Stacy, but he just got out of a two-year relationship," a source told the Huffington Post last year. "George isn't ready for anything serious. This fling is purely for fun."

But the couple's actions dictated otherwise. They were often photographed on exotic getaways in Switzerland, Cabo, Mexico, and Italy, just to name a few. They even shared the same maladies when they suddenly came down with a case of food poisoning after visiting a restaurant in Cernobbio, Italy.

"Finally had a bad meal in Italy," Kiebler tweeted after her not-so-appetizing Italian fare. "Our whole dinner party got food poisoning #ohwell at least I'm still in Italy." 

When the two are not jet-setting around the globe, they're double dating with fellow celebrity couple Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan or just maintaining their coveted physiques.  "We have the luxury of having a gym [in Lake Como]," Keibler said. "I'd feel guilty if I didn't use it. I worked out every single day!"

Before dating Keibler, Clooney was in a two-year relationship with Italian actress, Elisabetta Canalis.
