Tori Spelling was rushed to the hospital after suffering complications from a c-section she received from the birth of her fourth child, Finn.

"Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section," Spelling's rep told People Magazine. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."

Finn Davey McDermott was born Aug.30, and weighed a healthy 6 lbs., 6 oz., and was 20 inches long.

Spelling seems to be building an Angelina Jolie-esque brood with husband Dean McDermott. The couple are already proud parents to Liam Aaron, 5, Stella Doreen,4, Hattie Margaret, 10 months.

Spelling announced she was pregnant with baby Finn just five months after giving birth to daughter, Hattie.

"I was shocked, obviously," The former "90210" starlet revealed about her rapid pregnancy.

"This is actually the best pregnancy I've had so far out of all of them," Spelling said. "Knock on wood. [I have] no morning sickness and I have energy. [It's the] total opposite than other three."

The actress caused quite a stir when she was photographed flaunting her bourgeoning baby bump in a series of skimpy two-piece. She later defended her choice to bare her tummy on her blog, writing,"A few months back, I caught a lot of flack on two separate occasions for bearing my baby bump in a bikini and monokini while spending the day poolside with my family."

Adding, "I have to say, I'm super proud of my bump. Why should I be embarrassed and cover up something that's the greatest gift a woman can experience? A pregnant woman in any shape or size is beautiful!" she wrote. "Pregnancy is an amazing journey and we preggers should be able to show it off. I call it bump proud! Embrace your growing curves and burgeoning belly."
