Dating Rumors Put To Rest: Gina Carano Is Officially Henry Cavill's Girlfriend

Looks like "Man of Steel" isn't the only male lead role Henry Cavill is taking on! At the 18^th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards in Santa Monica, California, Gina Carano had the former MMA fighter wrapped around her arm.

The British fighter/actor, who will be playing Superman in his upcoming film, was previously engaged to Ellen Whitaker but the two ended up splitting in spring of 2012.

Post Whitaker, Cavill was rumored to have been dating the "Haywire" star after being spotted together multiple times over the past few months. Looks like rumors can be finally put to rest!

After posing for a few pictures on the red carpet, Cavill and Carano took a break to gaze into each other's eyes! The 29-year-old actor looked dapper in his Tom Ford suit next to the lovely Carano who wore a Roland Mouret dress.

Cavill handed out the award for Best Young Actor/Actresses with "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev to nine year old Quvenzhane Wallis for "Beasts of the Southern Wild."

Carano was nominated for Best Actress in an Action Movie for "Haywire."

It has also been reported that Carano may be making a surprise appearance as Wonder Woman in her man of steel's upcoming movie! Can we blame her for being smitten? Everyone loves a man in uniform, especially one with a cape!
