Carrie Underwood had a fall on Thursday, Sept. 5, in the middle of her performance of Undo It at a concert in Corpus Christi, Texas, according to Us Weekly.

The American Idol alum was stomping her foot and singing when the back of her 5-inch stiletto got caught up in the train of her long skirt.  This has caused her to crash straight to the floor. However, the singer was a professional and kept singing while she was sitting and did not miss a beat.

After the show, the singer tweeted to acknowledge the incident. "Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious! Oh wait, that was me!" she kidded, together with the hashtags "#5inchheels" and "#klutz."

After a while, she also tweeted: "I can't move my toes. Is that bad?"

The injury doesn't appear to be too serious. "Good news, it's not broken...AND I got some new footwear!" she announced later.

The six-time Grammy winner didn't specify anything about her injury but it's nice to know someone with a good sense of humor.

She even responded to fellow country star Brad Paisley's joke about the tumble. "I learn from the best!" she wrote linking a YouTube video clip of Paisley taking a spill mid-concert. "At least I wasn't drunk," she wrote, "You know I don't drink on stage! I'm uncoordinated enough as it is!"
