Jenelle Evans and her husband Courtland Rogers have been separated since April when they were arrested together and charged with heroin possession and assault. Although Jenelle has since moved on from the incident, evading all charges, Courtland has been in jail for the last few months. However, he is set to be released on Saturday and Jenelle, for one, is not looking forward to it.

"Jenelle doesn’t want to see or hear from Courtland at all,” a source close to Jenelle told Radar Online.

“Because of the stupid laws in North Carolina, Jenelle is still married to Courtland and can’t even file for divorce until they’ve been split up a year, which will be in April,” the source explained. “But she has been telling her friends that she hopes he doesn’t start sh*t when he gets out.”

Jenelle and Courtland's April arrest, 12 bindles of heroin were reportedly found in their possession, but with the help of her lawyer, Jenelle was able to get out of the slammer right away and avoid being charged. Courtland wasn't so lucky and has been in jail since October after he violated his probation by using drugs.

Radar claims Jenelle was pregnant with Courtland's baby at the time of the arrest but had an abortion weeks later.

Now, Jenelle is pregnant again, for the third time this year (she was also pregnant in early 2013 but claims to have had a miscarriage), this time with her current boyfriend Nathan's baby, and the two are living together in South Carolina.

“Jenelle says [Courtland] won’t know where she lives in her new place," the source added. “Jenelle just wants Courtland to stay away and not cause any drama because she wants a worry free pregnancy."
