Amber Rose gave birth to son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz on February 21, 2013, and now, nearly one year later, she is back to size and telling all about her impressive weight loss.

“It took me like a year to lose the weight,” Rose told E! News‘ Giuliana Rancic on the red carpet at Sunday night's Grammy Awards. “I did it the natural way, so I just tried to eat right.”

While working out was something that Rose quickly got on board with, avoiding fatty foods was more of a challenge.

“I’m a Philly girl so I grew up on Philly cheesesteaks and stuff like that!” she explained to Rancic.

“[I was] just trying to eat right and exercise and it finally came off,” Rose continued.

Then, after the ceremony, Rose took to Instagram where she shared side-by-side photos of herself from last year's Grammy Awards with this year's event.

"I can't believe I was 9 months pregnant last Grammys!" she captioned the photo. "This year I'm a Mommy and officially a Wife. God is good all the time. Amen."

Last month, Rose shared another set of side-by-side photos, which showed her weight loss. At the time, she credited her weight loss to a portion-controlled diet, yoga, and working out with a trainer 90 minutes each day.

"I'm almost at my goal weight. Just 7 pounds to go! Absolutely no surgery, just diet & exercise. Most celebs give u false hope when u have a baby ( My son was 9 lbs) and in 3 months ur supposed to be skinny again," Rose told fans. "It's not realistic in most cases. It takes 6 weeks to heal before u could even work out. Anyway, the moral of the story is losing baby weight the natural way takes longer but it's much healthier for ur body and helps u stay strong to carry another baby. So don't put ur life at risk for societies standards of when ur suppose to lose ur pregnancy weight. Take ur time & don't take the easy way out."

As for more children, Rose said that was absolutely a possibility. ”Oh yeah, definitely, 100 percent!” she exclaimed.
