Khloe Kardashian Divorce Update: Lamar Odom Is Reportedly Delaying The Process

Lamar Odom is reportedly delaying his divorce from Khloe Kardashian.

Although Kardashian filed for divorce in Dec. 2013, Odom has yet to file his response papers, and according to a new report, it's all in an effort to get under Kardashian's skin.

“It has been ages since Khloé has been going to clubs and just having fun,” the source told Radar Online. “While Khloé is very happy with French, because he treats her like a queen, she isn’t fully able to enjoy it because Lamar still hasn’t submitted a response in their divorce proceedings.”

After splitting from Odom late last year, Kardashian was tied to rapper The Game, but for months, they both insisted they were just friends. Either way, they haven't been spotted out together since Kardashian linked up with French Montana this past March. Since then, Kardashian and Montana have been spending tons of time together. Most recently, the pair hit Las Vegas where they were photographed arm in arm at the Floyd Mayweather vs Marcos Maidana fight.

While and Kardashian and Montana continue to spend time with one another, Odom has reportedly distanced himself from the situation, refusing to file any sort of response to Kardashian's request for divorce.

“Lamar hasn’t been returning phone calls and text messages from Khloé regarding the divorce,” the source said. “He is disappearing for days at a time again, and hanging out with ‘shady’ people.”

Although the source claims Odom is well aware that his marriage is over, making things offiicial isn't at the top of his priority list, and having Kardashian wait on him has reportedly given Odom great pleasure.

“The fact it’s pissing Khloé off that Lamar is holding out, does give him some satisfaction," the source explained. "His ego has taken a huge hit because she is publicly rebounding with French.”
