Brandi Glanville is fighting back against her ex-husband's actions on his new show.

Although LeAnn & Eddie has yet to premiere, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is already worried about the damage the pair may do to her career with their public bad-mouthing, and has obtained a lawyer to help her with the case.

“Eddie was worried that if Brandi bad-mouthed him, it would hurt his career, but the clause works both ways and she thinks he and LeAnn have completely violated it,” a source revealed to Life & Style on July 3. “She doesn’t give a crap what they think about her behind closed doors, but to attack her on TV, where it can affect her children — it’s disgusting.”

Following Glanville and Cibrian's 2010 divorce, the pair agreed they would not publicly bash one another, nor would they allow their children to be seen on any reality show. Although their sons, Mason and Jake, did appear on a few episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, those episodes were shot prior to their divorce being finalized. Glanville also discussed her split on the show before the rules had been made.

LeAnn Rimes And Eddie Cibrian Discuss Brandi Glanville In VH1 Series

Last month, VH1 released a sneak peek of LeAnn & Eddie and in the clip, the pair dissed Glanville more than once.

"I have no idea what my ex-wife is up to," Cibrian told a friend during one scene of the show. In a second scene, Rimes claimed Glanville needed help for alcoholism. "Brandi needs rehab.. for alcohol," she was heard saying.

LeAnn & Eddie premieres on July 17 at 10:30 p.m. on VH1.
