Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino Wedding Plans: Reality Star Is Planning A Proposal

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is ready to settle down with girlfriend Lauren Pesce.

In a new interview, the former Jersey Shore star opened up about his plans to propose to Pesce, and spoke of his desire to start a family.

“There could be an engagement in the near future,” Sorrentino told Life & Style on July 9. “I’m planning it in my head. I would like to make it very special and a day she would never forget.”

Sorrentino and Pesce have known each other for several years and, according to reports, have been dating since sometime last fall. In Nov. 2013, Sorrentino debuted Pesce on his Twitter account, deeming her his "beautiful girlfriend" during a vacation to Lake Tahoe. And although they have only been together for a number of months, Sorrentino is quite serious about their future together.

“I would like three children, two boys and a girl,” Sorrentino continued. “And two dogs!”

After briefly dating years ago, Sorretino and Pesce split up and Sorrentino entered treatment for an addiction to prescription medication. One month later, Sorrentino left rehab, telling fans he was feeling "stronger and better than ever!"

Once Sorretino straightened his life out, he and Pesce rekindled their romance.

“You can’t go through life partying," Sorrentino explained. "You get over the lonely nights, you get over those types of people that were there just for the moment. You want people that are there for life.”
