Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi Weight Loss 2014: 'Shahs Of Sunset' Star Slims Down

Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi recently went under the knife in the name of weight loss.

After paying a visit to Dr. Rollins at Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills, the Shahs of Sunset star underwent a procedure, which transferred the fat out of her stomach and into her behind.

"Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi orchestrated a fat trade between her stomach and her a** ... and it looks like both parts came up winners in the deal," TMZ reported on July 10. "In all, we're told the quickie procedure took three inches off her waistline and removed 1 liter of pure fat."

In Sept. 2013, model and actress Shanna Moakler visited Dr. Rollins, as well. During her visit, Moakler received a Brazilian butt lift and an Airsculpt Laser Liposculpture to suck the fat out of her midsection. At the time, Moakler explained that after three children, she was struggling to get her pre-baby body back -- despite her efforts in fitness. After the procedure, Moakler shared a photo of the 2.5 liters of fat that had been sucked out of her on Instagram.

One week ago, Gharachedaghi took to her Instagram account, where she showed off a photo of herself from the back, telling fans, "Happy 4th of July everybody! I'm in Vegas showing off my new body, thanks to Dr. Rollins at @elitebodysculpture I have a tighter waist and thicker hips!!!"

Another star who has recently slimmed down is Gharachedaghi's Shahs of Sunset co-star, Mercedes Javid, who debuted a much smaller waist in mid-June.

Shahs of Sunset returns to Bravo this fall.
