Kim Kardashian Pregnant 2014: 'KUWTK' Star Wants At Least One More Child

One year after welcoming daughter North, Kim Kardashian is planning for more kids.

As the ninth season of her reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, nears its end, Kardashian is making the rounds to different talk shows, and on yesterday's episode of the Today show, she dished on her desire to further expand her family.

"If I could just snap my fingers and have four, I’d have four," Kardashian, 33, said of having more children, according to an Aug. 12 report by Us Weekly. "But I do realize I’m going to have to go through the pregnancy again … [and my first] was a really difficult pregnancy so it’s tough. Of course I want to have another child. I would love two more but we’ll see. I’m going to have one more and see what it’s like."

While pregnant with her first child, Kardashian suffered from pre-eclampsia, a high blood pressure-related condition, which eventually led to liver failure and North's early delivery (the baby reportedly came five weeks early).

Although the delivery was complicated, North West was healthy. According to a report, North weighed “under five pounds” and spent a brief time in an incubator to “regulate” her body temperature and treat the “little" bit of jaundice she had.

Now, she's loving being a mom.

"It's the best feeling in the world," Kardashian said. "I was so scared when I was pregnant going into it … [but] it's been so worth it and more."
