Ramona Singer Divorce 2014: 'RHONY' Star Confronts Mario Over Relationship With Mistress

Ramona Singer opened up about the end of her marriage in a new interview.

For the last several months, the Real Housewives of New York City star and her alleged cheater husband have appeared to be back on, but after Mario stepped out with his mistress earlier this month, they ended their relationship once again.

“We were doing great, but when I got suspicious July 24 and questioned him, he admitted he was still seeing her,” Singer explained to Us Weekly, via an Aug. 13 report by Radar Online. “I screamed, ‘We’re done!’ He used to have morals and believe in family."

Although reports of Mario's infidelities began surfacing in Oct. 2013, Singer stood by her man up until Jan. 2014, when she reportedly caught him at their Hamptons home with mistress Kasey Dexter, a trainer and socialite living in New York. At that point, the reality star and mother of 19-year-old Avery filed for divorce. However, the separation was short-lived and she and Mario eventually took their reunion public.

In a second interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Ramona cited the lack of trust as her motivation to move forward.

“I just couldn’t trust him anymore,” she explained. “I have no regrets. I have a new life, and I think this means better and bigger things.”

Singer and the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City recently wrapped filming on the sixth season of the Bravo hit. No word yet on a possible seventh season.
