Bethenny Frankel's relationship with Michael "Mac" Cerussi is getting serious.

Earlier this week, after about eight months of dating, the former Real Housewives of New York City star stepped out with Cerussi and her daughter with Jason Hoppy, 4-year-old Bryn.

According to a report by Reality Tea, Frankel was seen "attending the Hamptons Paddle & Party For Pink event with her daughter Bryn Hoppy as well as her current boyfriend, Michael Cerussi," on Saturday, Aug. 16.

Frankel and Cerussi went public as a couple during a New Year's Eve bash on Dec. 31, 2013. That same week, the new pair were spotted enjoying a beach day in Miami. Their relationship came nearly one year to the date of Frankel and Hoppy's separation. At the end of 2012, after just under three years of marriage, Frankel and Hoppy split.

Is Bethenny Frankel's Boyfriend Ready To Propose?

While Frankel and Cerussi seemed to slow things down in the months following their debut, they recently surfaced while paddle boarding in New York.

Frankel's soon-to-be ex-husband has also gone public with someone new. In June, he and a mystery woman were seen enjoying a meal in NYC. They also reportedly shared a kiss before parting ways.

Although no one can say for sure how serious Frankel and Cerussi are, the fact that he's met her daughter is says a lot -- and adds to the speculation regarding a future proposal.

“He’s been telling pals that Bethenny is the one,” an insider told Life & Style on Aug. 7. “They’ve become very close since they started dating late last year. She met his mom; he’s met her daughter, Bryn – they’ve pretty much spent all summer by each other’s side.”
