Erin Andrews is a woman of many talents.

She is the co-host of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, but most recently, Andrews will be reporting from the sidelines for Fox Sports' 2014 NFL season.

In July the 36-year-old told ABC News that her role as the new lead sideline reporter is "a dream come true."

"There's nobody I've watched more over the past 15, 20 years than Pam Oliver, and what she did and the precedent she set," she said, only just touching on the controversy behind taking over Oliver's position. "How she worked tirelessly day in and day out, and really set the standard for women and sideline reporters and so much more than that. I can't thank you enough for being a wonderful role model. This is not going to be easy for me."

Reporting isn't scripted, and is a knack that a journalist must acquire. The journalism graduate from University of Florida reiterated, "This wasn't in the curriculum. This wasn't in the textbook. It's something you have to learn to deal with. Nothing is a shock anymore."

Shock-How she describes reporting could apparently apply to her and her cast mates while behind the scenes at DWTS.

The co-host told Fox News on Aug. 19 that rehearsals are "nasty" and "dirty."

"Our dress rehearsals need to find their way on to cable television," she said. "They're dirty. They're nasty. They're funny. They would never be allowed on broadcast TV, and it's some of the best material ever."

Sounds like his M for Mature-rated fun was enough to bring Julianne Hough back to DWTS. The show announced on Thursday that she will sit on the panel as the fourth judge, and Andrews is ecstatic.

"I loved having Julianne," she told Fox. "She came on the season when I was on, and she was great. The Houghs really put DWTS on the map. Derek's amazing. Julianne is a sick dancer. Any way that they can make the show better and more exciting for the fans is amazing.
