Kim Richards Hospitalized: 'RHOBH' Tweets Photo From Hospital, Doesn't Reveal Why She's Receiving Care

Kim Richards is currently under the care of doctors at a Los Angeles hospital.

On Thursday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a photo from her hospital with her fans on Instagram. However, she didn't reveal why she had been hospitalized.

"I have such wonderful family and friends," Richards told fans, along with the photo. "Thank you for my beautiful flowers @kylerichards18, @yolandahfoster #eileendavidson #friendship #flowers."

Earlier this summer, Richards and the cast of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, including her sister Kyle Richards, Yolanda Foster, Brandi Glanville, Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, began filming the show's fifth season. During season five, Richards will also be reunited with Adrienne Maloof, whom starred on the show's first three seasons before leaving the show ahead of season four.

Hours later, Richards assured fans she would be there for much longer in a post about her dog, Kingsley.

"Somebody's a little Mad/Sad because Mommy's not home," Richards wrote in the caption of a photo of her dog. "Please Kingsley come out & put your tongue back in mouth... thats not nice! Mommy will be home soon!!"

Also this week, Richards' nephew, Conrad Hilton, was hospitalized.

According to an Aug. 27 report by PEOPLE Magazine, Hilton was involved in a car accident in Palm Springs, Calif. Luckily, the younger brother of Paris Hilton escaped with only minor injuries, including cuts, bruises and a fractured hand.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season five premieres this fall on Bravo.
