Do you think she will ever "Let It Go?" This woman is suing Disney's Frozen, claiming the film is based on her life.

Isabella Tanikumi is saying Frozen is not based off the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, The Snow Queen, which Disney led us all to believe. Rather, she says it's based off her autobiography, Yearnings Of The Heart.

Tanikumi is demanding $250 million in a lawsuit, according to a Sept. 24 report by TMZ. She claims Disney plagiarized and copied the story, characters and plots from her book, which documents her life growing up in the Andean Mountains of Peru.

Amazon's description of the book reads, "This is a compelling, introspective account of the life of Isabella TaniKumi, who takes her readers on a journey through various phases of her remarkable life - from her family's survival during the devastating earthquake of 1970 in Huaraz, Peru, to the trials of overcoming heartbreaks of her youth... Conquering personal insecurities led to exploring the reaches of her intellect while facing the tragic and untimely death of her beloved sister, Laura," Popcrush reported on Sept. 24.

While Yearnings Of The Heart may be inspirational, it is lacking in talking snowmen and crazed ice queens. No one is too sure whether she has enough evidence to back this alleged plagiarism, but since Frozen is the highest grossing animated film of all time, it could come at a hefty price for Disney.

Does Tanikumi have a case, or is this just a ploy to win some quick cash? What do you think Celebeat readers?
