Adam Lind's new girlfriend's past has been plagued with legal troubles.

'Teen Mom 2' Star Adam Lind Arrested In South Dakota

In a new report, Sam Clemens of the Siox Falls Police Department in South Dakota revealed Lind's current flame, 26-year-old Brooke Beaton, has four criminal reports against her, including three arrests for charges of embezzlement and drugs.

"A report was filed against her on March 18, 2008, claiming that she had been working at a business called Precision Time in Sioux Falls and was supposed to be making deposits for the company when $637 went missing," Radar Online reported. "On Jan. 14, 2009, another report was filed against Beaton after she had been working for a trucking company and 'wrote checks to herself and cashed them.'"

Following the 2008 report, Beaton was arrested, but her legal troubles were far from over. On Nov. 19, 2009, Beaton was busted for embezzlement involving grand theft after allegedly writing herself six checks, totaling $3,800. Then, on Oct. 7, 2010, Beaton was arrested for false impersonation, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. After being pulled over by cops, Beaton, who reportedly had an undisclosed amount of marijuana in her purse, gave cops a fake name.

Beaton's most recent issue occurred on Jan. 3, 2011, when a warrant for her arrest was issued after she failed to appear in court to address a ticket she received for driving without insurance.

Lind and Beaton have been living together for "several" weeks.

So far, Lind's ex-girlfriend, Chelsea Houska, hasn't commented on his new lady, but if history repeats itself, fans will soon hear all about Houska's opinions on Teen Mom 2.
