Kourtney Kardashian Baby Bump: Expectant Mom Shares Pregnancy Photo During 'KUWTK' Filming [VIDEO]

Kourtney Kardashian is seven months pregnant and filming the 10th season of her family's reality show.

Kourtney Kardashian And Scott Disick Are Expecting Third Child

During the latest installment of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on Monday, Kourtney shared a photo of herself, Khloe and Kim. In the photo, Kourtney's pregnant belly was on full display during a photo shoot with her sisters.

"The reality star, who is just weeks away from giving birth to her first child, posted an image to Instagram in which she could be seen tenderly stroking her baby bump," the UK's Daily Mail reported on Oct. 14. "Kourtney was wearing an elegant floor-length black dress to take part in a family photo shoot, which boasted a slit up the front revealing her slender legs and strappy red sandals."

Kourtney Kardashian's Baby Gender Revealed

Kourtney announced she and her longtime partner, Scott Disick, were expecting their third child together during the ninth season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Although the pair has not yet wed, they already have two children together, Mason Dash Disick, born Dec. 14, 2009, and Penelope Scotland Disick, born July 8, 2012.

During the season nine episode, Disick expressed his shock when Kourtney broke the news, telling her, "You just keep suckering me into these kids." Disick continued to explain that he couldn't take the responsibility of more kids, and accused Kourtney of being "sneaky" about the pregnancy.

"I just thought at two, we weren't going to want to have more kids," Disick said.

Kourtney's response? "It takes two to tango!"
