Kendra Wilkinson is reportedly on the verge of filing for divorce.

Following leaked audio clips, featuring husband Hank Baskett on the phone with his alleged mistress, Ava Sabrina London, the Kendra On Top star is said to be contemplating a permanent split.

"Kendra goes back and forth," a source told PEOPLE Magazine on Oct. 15. "Everything is unraveling, it seems."

Wilkinson and Baskett tied the knot in June 2009, and welcomed their first child, son Hank Jr., 4, in Dec. 2009. In May 2014, their second child, daughter Alijah Mary, arrived. One month later, as the couple prepared to celebrate five years of marriage, news of Baskett's reported sexual encounter with London hit the web.

As the couple dealt with the fallout, filming continued on their WEtv series, Kendra On Top. Once the show premiered, fans were given an inside look at the drama playing out between them.

Just last month, during an interview with PEOPLE Magazine, Wilkinson admitted to meeting with divorce lawyers, but said she was still on the fence about splitting up her family.

"I come from a broken home. I come from my mom and dad making a decision literally right in front of me, saying, 'It's over,' and I remember the day that they just split up, and it was over," Wilkinson said. "That broke me as a child, and throughout my teenage years, and through now. I've come so close to the divorce. I have met with divorce lawyers, but the one thing I can't forget about are these two kids."
