The 43-year-old "Work It" singer has lost an alleged 70 pounds, which she revealed to fans while performing in New York City on Oct. 16. Elliott's thinner frame comes six years after her diagnosis of Graves' disease.

"I couldn't write because my nervous system was so bad - I couldn't even use a pen," she told PEOPLE Magazine in 2008, according to an Oct. 17 report by Hollywood Life.

Elliott hasn't been as visible in the music scene lately, but this performance may mark the beginning of her turn around. She says she's feeling better now that her rigorous treatment for the disease is over, and fans have admitted she's looking absolutely fabulous.

The "Get Your Freak On" singer went on a Twitter spree after her appearance at the Alexander Wang H&M collection launch, retweeting several tidbits of her fans' reactions. Even Orange Is The New Black star Natasha Lyonne posted a hilarious picture.

"Yep. That's @MissyElliott up there. @alexanderwangMY," she tweeted, alongside the picture of her (with her face bursting with excitement) pointing towards the stage.

Elliott performed her classic songs, and looked hip-hop chic while doing so. She wore a "Wang" ball cap paired with leather pants. Backstage she got cozy in a Nike sweatshirt, and made sure to rock its sequined match onstage.

What do you think of Elliott's thin new look? Could this be the beginning of her musical revival?
