Although the Teen Mom 2 star appears to be in a great place in her life, with boyfriend Nathan Griffith, their new baby, Kaiser, and Evans' oldest son, Jace, the reality star can't seem to escape her troubled past.

"CPS was contacted by one of Evans' online stalkers. This has apparently happened before, with 'haters' making claims against the reality star when it comes to her history of drug abuse," Enstars reported on Oct. 21. According to the site, Evans received a visit from CPS earlier this month.

Fans Calls CPS After Jenelle Evans Shares Photo Of 'Bruise' On Kaiser's Eye

During her reality run on MTV's 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom 2, fans have watched as Evans gave custody of her son, Jace, to her mother, and proceeded to engage in a slew of unhealthy relationships and drug use. Thankfully, Evans was able to kick her heroin habit in Nov. 2012, and ever since, she has been living a more manageable life.

In June of this year, one year after they first met, Evans welcomed her second child with Griffith. And although she doesn't yet have custody of Jace, she contiues to see the 5-year-old on weekends.

Child Protective Services reported to Evans' home "to complete the Child Protective Service Forensic Assement on the above referenced child [Jace Evans]," Enstars explained.

Luckily for everyone involved, CPS concluded "there was no evidence to substantiate abuse, neglect, or dependency. The case was Unsubstantiated and closed."
