During the second season of her Lifetime reality show, Spelling was seen viewing a photograph of Emily Goodhand, the woman her husband, Dean McDermott, had an affair with in Dec. 2013.

"Oh god, I'm devastated," Spelling said in a scene from True Tori, via an Oct. 22 report by Life & Style. "Am I a b***h if I say I think she's unattractive?" the 41-year-old added.

On True Tori season two, Spelling and McDermott have continued their efforts to save their marriage post-affair. However, things between the pair took a strange turn during filming when Spelling revealed she may be pregnant.

In the trailer for the new season, Spelling told the cameras, as well as McDermott, that she may be expecting their fifth child. In the weeks since, there have been several claims made regarding the pregnancy. While some say Spelling is pregnant and wearing maternity clothes, others claim the alleged pregnancy was a ploy to give her reality show a ratings boost.

Over the weekend, after becoming ill, Spelling was taken to the hospital, where she was quarantined for a short period of time.

"Spelling was briefly quarantined over the weekend after seeking medical attention for multiple symptoms," a source told E! News on Oct. 20. Spelling "had a fever, an uncontrollable cough and trouble breathing. The reality star was hospitalized at L.A.'s Cedars Sinai hospital and was briefly quarantined while doctors examined her."

True Tori airs on Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
