Kris Jenner House: 'KUWTK' Star Will Keep Hidden Hills Home In Divorce [VIDEO]

Bruce Jenner is not fighting Kris for possession of their Hidden Hills home.

Kris Jenner On Divorce From Bruce: "I Feel Like I Failed"

In court documents, obtained by TMZ on October 27, Bruce signed off on ownership of the Los Angeles home he and Kris previously shared.

"Bruce signed documents ... giving up his share of their Hidden Hills house to Kris in their divorce property settlement," the site reported. "They bought the 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom pad in 2010 for $4 million and it's gone way up in value."

Bruce and Kris initially split in Oct. 2013, but Kris didn't file for divorce until Sept. 2014. Following her filing, both parties appeared to move on. According to an Oct. 17 report by TMZ, Bruce hooked up with Kris' former friend, Ronda Kamihira, a divorced mother of two, whild Kris was seen in Las Vegas with Corey Gamble, a partner of Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun.

"He seems very nice," a source close to Kris told PEOPLE Magazine. "He's easy to be around. But honestly, they weren't overly affectionate or anything. Since Bruce is out [with Ronda], she's trying to just have fun and hang with friends. But I wouldn't exactly call this dating yet."

Earlier this year, Radar Online reported the mansion seen on Keeping Up With The Kardashians wasn't the home Kris and her family were living in. Although scenes from inside the home were authentic, producers reportedly shot outside glimpses of a second home, unrelated to the Jenner family, for security reasons.

Kris Jenner is currently filming the 10th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The series will return next year on E!
