Two months after nude photos of the actress hit sites, including Twitter, 4Chan and Reddit, Union, who recently married NBA player Dwayne Wade, spoke out, revealing how it felt to have nude images of herself circulating the web, and slamming her hackers for their crime.

"In the moment, I froze. I was mortified, terrified," Union told Cosmopolitan Magazine, via a Nov. 10 report by Us Weekly. "I just didn't know what to do. I felt I had given so much of myself, but I had saved a little bit for myself and for my husband, and they had taken that from me."

At the end of summer, nude photos of several celebrities hit the web in what became the first of many rounds of photo leakes. Targeted celebrities included Kate Upton, Jennifer Lawrence, Jenny McCarthy, Kim Kardashian, and Amber Heard. In the months that followed, other were added to the list, such as Anna Kendrick, Cara Delevingne and KeKe Palmer.

While many have placed fault in the celebrity victims, claiming they shouldn't have taken the photos, Union told Cosmo the fault lies solely with the hackers.

"No matter what people describe to me, 'It's your fault, you're stupid to take nude photos, that's what happens when you're a celebrity' -- all this nonsense...they're criminals," she explained. "What you do with your own body is your choice. Period. There's no gray matter there, and when someone takes your choice away and your power away over your own body, it's a crime. Period."
