Taylor Lautner is back in the silver screen and this time he's bringing more than just shirtless scenes and his toned abs. In fact, he'll be showing off his parkour skills. The former Twilight star will be in an action film called 'Tracers' where he plays the role of Cam and it is all about bike messengers in New York City who are drawn into the world of organized crime.

In the newly released trailer for the movie, fans will get to see a lot of parkour tricks such as running and jumping from heights and Lautner doing these as well. Parkour is the art of getting from one place to another by using the body as a catapult to propel one from point A and B. Those practicing parkour are often seen to do tumbles and spins in midair to cushion fall or to help them move from one ledge to another.

The film seems to be a natural environment for the former Twilight star as he studied martial arts as a child in West Michigan.

The film will also features Marie Avgeropoulos, who previously starred in The 100 and Cult, and will be Lautner's potential love interest for the film. She will be joined by cast members such as Sam Medina who stars in Olympus Had Fallen, Rafi Gavron from Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist and Adam Rayner who is known for his roles in Love and Other Disasters and Closure.

The film is directed by Daniel Benmayor and written by Leslie Bohem, Matt Johnson, Kevin Lund and T.J Scott.

Unfortunately for Lautner's American fans the film will be premiering in Thailand on December 25 and a US debut has yet to be announced by the producers. However, we are still keeping our hopes up for a US
release.
