Actress Christina Ricci was all praises for designer Marc Jacobs telling reporters that Jacobs is a "visionary." Jacobs recently participated at the 2015 New York Fashion Week on Thursday.

In a report by UPI, the actress told reporters: "I've known him for over 10 years. He's such a visionary." Ricci sat front row along the likes of Nicki Minaj and Sofia Coppola during his show at the Lexington Armory.

"I have, like, so many. A crazy amount. As soon as I was buying nice stuff, it was Marc," added Ricci.

Jacobs' show featured a series of eclectic looks that included wool dresses, soft pink pantsuits, furs and items with embroidered flowers.

Jacobs lamented to reporters that what he sees in the street doesn't interest him and he is so tired with street-style looks.

Francois Nars, of Nars, was responsible for the models' makeup during the show, and said the collection was based on the legendary fashion editor Diana Vreeland.

According to Nars, the makeup idea was of a really strong woman that is really sophisticated like the swans of the '50s and '60s.

Meanwhile, Lifetime's Christina Ricci-starring Lizzie Borden Took An Axe was a hit last January 2014, and the network is cashing in with April's eight-episode The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, a fictionalized exploration of Lizzie's post-acquittal life.

Based on the trailer, the smirking Lizzie is enjoying her newfound notoriety, remaining very much in control of old Fall River, Massachusetts. Co-stars include Lizzie Borden Took An Axe returnee Clea DuVal as Lizzie's sister, Emma, and Jonathan Banks, aka Breaking Bad's Mike Ehrmantraut, as an "underworld kingpin."
