Carly Rae Jepsen, 29, the Canadian singer-songwriter best known for her hit song "Call Me Maybe," performed "I Really Like You," the lead single in her upcoming still untitled third album, as well as debuted "All That," a ballad which will also go into the album, during the April 4 edition of Saturday Night Live.

Jepsen released "I Really Like You" on March 2, 2015. She followed suit with a music video for the song which premiered March 6th and stars Tom Hanks doing his daily routine while he charmingly lip syncs Jepsen's lyrics. The video also features a scene showing Justin Bieber who appears with both Hanks and Jepsen in a choreographed dance sequence towards the end.

During her Saturday Night Live number, Jepsen chose to perform "I Really Like You" with a full band and backup singers behind her, transforming the track into a fist-pumping new wave raver according to Rolling Stone. Later in the show, she returned with two guests - Blood Orange's Dev Hynes and Grammy-winning producer Ariel Rechtshaid, who both collaborated on the new single - to debut her new track "All That," described by the pop culture magazine as "a Paisley Park-esque slow jam reminiscent of Prince's Purple Rain classic 'The Beautiful Ones.'"

Just before her Saturday Night Live performance, Jepsen tweeted her fans and followers with an iTunes link to the new "All That" track which she called "my heart song of the album." She also shared the studio version of "All That" on YouTube.

Jepsen released her second studio album Kiss on September 18, 2012, which contain the hit tracks "Call Me Maybe" and "This Kiss."

Aside from Jepsen, the April 4 edition of Saturday Night Live also featured Michael Keaton as guest host for the evening, his third time at hosting the iconic comedy show.
