An all-boys ski trip and the skipping of an important event at the Westminster Abbey gave rise to multiple speculations about Prince William and Kate Middleton’s marriage. However, the royal couple recently debunked these reports by heading out to Paris for an official business trip.

Prince William and Kate Middleton looked very much in love as they soaked in the French city’s sights during their first official visit to the country’s capital. The couple’s trip comes days after William brought on embarrassing news for the Royal family. After skipping an event at home to go on a boys’ ski trip, he was caught on camera “dad-dancing” near a couple of women at a Swiss nightclub.

While he and the members of the Royal family have not issued comments, an insider said his wife was “disappointed” with such behaviors. Nonetheless, these troubled feelings were not shown as Prince William and Kate Middleton were spotted over the weekend, looking cozy and romantic while touring Paris. Photos of the couple were taken at the Musee d’Orsay and the Eiffel Tower, where they met and spoke to fans and rugby team members.

Prince William and Kate Middleton played ball with some of the children and chatted with their folks. "Kate was interested in my daughter's toy monkey she was holding and said that [their son Prince] George had a toy rabbit called Bum Bum," one of the parents said to the Association Press.

Meanwhile, tabloids continue to release reports that question Prince William and Kate Middleton’s marriage. Royal Watch sources reportedly claimed that Kate was “less than pleased” that her royal husband and his partying antics at the popular Farinet nightclub were caught on camera, as pointed out by Daily Mail.

On the other side of the royal family, the senior royals, including Prince Harry, Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth II herself attended the Westminster Abbey for a Commonwealth Day service. The Duchess of Cambridge had stayed home with their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. According to Vanity Fair, Prince William’s decision to stay out of the event was deemed a controversial one.
