"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 spoilers are teasing on a "hot" finale, as the cast and crew of the ABC series sat down for an interview during the PaleyFest. According to executive producer and actress Debbie Allen, the current season of the show will be ending on an intense note. "The end of this season is hot," said Allen, reports TVLine.
This made a lot of fans wonder whether Meredith and Nathan will finally have some progress in their relationship in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. The Hollywood Reporter notes that Martin Henderson shared during the interview that these two will explore the nature of their relationship in the upcoming episodes and see whether theirs is simply that of friends or of lovers.
Variety also reports on the fate of the "Japril" ship in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. Actress Sarah Drew told the press during the interview that they are all hopeful that things will work out between Jackson and April.
There have been hints, however, that "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will see another character death. This comes in right after Ellen Pompeo shared details about her directorial debut for the ABC drama.
According to Pompeo, the episode that she directed for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, which will air on Mar. 30, will be a heartbreaking one. A report from the aforementioned publication reveals that viewers will have to say goodbye to Maggie's mom soon, as she will be the next to leave the ABC series.
