Following the premiere of the unexpected version of Archie comics' "Riverdale," the CW's teen drama will soon end with its first successful season. That said, just before the airing of the much anticipated season finale, show runners have allegedly confirmed that there will be another death in the series. In addition, the ever-growing twincest theory between the Blossom twins has also been debunked.

According to Screen Rant, the killing of Jason Blossom has reportedly uncovered some shocking new developments at every turn and has helped "Riverdale" to keep a fair amount of forward momentum going. In one of his statements, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the show's executive producer and show runner, confirmed the recent rumors that there would be another major death before the end of the first season. Aguirre-Sacasa continues to explain that if a character's alleged death is about to happen, it will most likely take place in season 2.

Meanwhile, with regards to the speculations of a budding romance between the Blossom twins, Click 2 Houston reported that its considerably one of the unanswered questions since the smash CW drama first premiered. With that, during her Live Facebook interview, "Riverdale" star Madelaine Petsch has finally spilled her thoughts on whether or not Cheryl and Jason were ever more than just siblings. The 22-year old actress said that they just play around with the incest idea on set which probably was taken a little bit too far, explaining that Cheryl's character doesn't feel love from her parents.

Furthermore, Petsch added that the "Riverdale" cast found the rumor hilarious but the viewers really seem to believe it that they feel the responsibility of clarifying things. Ultimately, Cole Sprouse, who plays Jughead in the series, has teased the show's fans that Season 2 will be more on the darker and weirder side.
