Fans have talked about the recent book written by George RR Martin is at the proofreading stage, and people are eager to conclude that this is the "The Winds of Winter" as there is no other book he is working on. This explains a lot why the celebrated author has the time to attend other functions.

In the last report, George RR Martin stated that "The Winds of Winter" will be released to the public later than the scheduled date. In fact, it was revealed that the "Game of Thrones" Season 7 will be aired first even before the book is released. However, since the veteran author got the time to dedicate a foundation for young TV and Movie producers in harnessing their skills, this means that the book is near to ready.

Working with a number of Hollywood production companies, George RR Martin aims to develop young minds in his local home in honing skills in production and filmmaking, Poor Primadonna reported. This also aims to discover more talents on a different aspect of literature. "The Winds of Winter" author expressed that this little project of his will not only develop young minds but will also alleviate the economy of New Mexico.

"So much to do. And the days go by so quickly. I love my work, all my work, all my projects, all my children, but sometimes it seems as if the harder I work, the further behind I get," George RR Martin said in a discussion on NMS. "Maybe things will calm down soon. But I am not holding my breath," "The Winds of Winter" author went on.

The statement George RR Martin expressed is little less an indication that the "The Winds of Winter" novel is done. Many have talked that the "A Song of Ice and Fire" sixth book will follow soon, fans are only eager to get hold of a copy of this.

While these reports could probably be true, neither George RR Martin nor Neil Gaiman has inveterate anything as of yet. Hence, fans should take everything with a smidgen of salt until it has been verified with tangible facts on the status of "The Winds of Winter".
