"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller appears to be suffering from another nightmare following her deliberate exit from the dance reality series. Miller is awaiting the court's verdict regarding her fraud case for allegedly hiding $775,000 of her income from the show as well as her other projects. A few weeks ago, she was blunt with what she feels about the producers and said that they mistreated and disrespected her while she was the lead choreographer of the show. Now, her travel request appears to be in vain too.

The "Dance Moms" star's final verdict of her case is scheduled for May 8 but it seems that she is already having a hard time with her other projects. She's supposed to have an event scheduled on Easter Sunday but it was apparently cancelled because of some circumstances that are out of control. It turned out that the court denied her request to travel to New Jersey and New York. It is said that Miller's camp has already appealed to the court twice to no avail.

The scheduled Easter Sunday event was for her to provide more details about her case as well as the gaff that occurred in "Dance Moms." However, her fraud case has taken a toll on her career. It can be recalled that she has expressed her thoughts about her case, saying that she takes full responsibility for the things she did in the past.

"I made mistakes and I trusted people, but ultimately I have to take responsibility," the "Dance Moms" star told People. "I have to take the blame. I have to take the punishment." Miller also talked about her bankruptcy fraud case in a Podcast and said that her difficult situation is indeed a fact of life.

Meanwhile, "Dance Moms" producers recently said that the show still has open doors for Miller no matter what happens. Recently, reality series veteran Cheryl Burke was tapped as the new choreographer of the show. However, the reality show's renewal for another season remains to be seen.
