‘Suits’ Season 7 Premiere Date & Spoilers: Harvey & Louis Clash Over Role As Managing Partner

"Suits" Season 7 spoilers reveal that Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Louis (Rick Hoffman) will once again be clashing over their ideas, as the former is expected to take on Jessica's (Gina Torres) role in the firm. Speaking to TVLine, executive producer Aaron Korsh shared that there is a potential for conflict between these two, as Harvey has been planning to be the managing partner.

Korsh explained that Louis would not react to the thought of Harvey becoming the managing partner on "Suits" Season 7. Instead, Louis will only react if he disagrees with Harvey's decisions while taking on the position of managing partner.

Aside from this major clash between Harvey and Louis, "Suits" Season 7 spoilers are also teasing on Mike's (Patrick J. Adams) character now that he can officially work as a lawyer. Korsh said that Mike will be able to work better this time knowing that he is not afraid that his secret about being a fraud will come out.

"Suits" Season 7 will also see the introduction of a new character named Alex Williams, who is Harvey's friend and a senior partner at a rival firm according to The Hollywood Reporter. Dude Hill, who is best known for his role on "Psych," will be playing the said character for a season-long arc. "Suits" Season 7 premieres on July 12 on USA Network.
