Since "Prison Break" season 5 is said to be the last and final season for the hit FOX show, Wentworth Miller is showing that he definitely not taking any breaks and quickly jumps to another character in “The Flash.” While the actor is famously known as the main protagonist on the television serial drama series, he is set to play as a villain once again on The CW show.

Wentworth Miller will return as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold in "The Flash" and the synopsis for season 3 episode 22 confirmed his comeback. The brief summary stated: "With only 24 hours left until Savitar murders Iris (Candice Patton), Barry (Grant Gustin) struggles to save the woman he loves and makes the choice to use any means necessary to do so. Realizing he has one option left to save her, The Flash turns to Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) for help."

Although it seems like the 44-year-old actor, model, and writer is already ready to put his Michael Scofield days behind him, Wentworth Miller is actually still hoping for "Prison Break" season 5 to have more episodes. The star has previously noted that the fate of the show is actually in the hands of the viewers. If it is well-received, then there could be a chance for more episodes or possibly more season.

"The reboot is nine new episodes airing in spring 2017, and then depending on how it's received, and who's available, there could be another conversation about another bite of the apple," "The Flash" actor told Digital Spy. "We'll see..."

Meanwhile, Sarah Wayne Callies (Sara Tancredi) is not as enthusiastic as Wentworth Miller about a possible more instalment for "Prison Break." The 39-year-old actress, who portrays Michael Scofield's girlfriend on the FOX show, felt that they should stick to the original plan of nine episodes. However, the star did not shoot down the idea if ever "Prison Break" will continue to more seasons.

"This was pitched as, 'We're gonna do nine episodes, drop the mic and walk away,' and I'm fine with that," Sarah Wayne Callies revealed to Digital Spy. "But it's also on a long list of things that are out of my control. That's just not up to me. But I'm taking it as it comes."
