Sam Heughan & Caitriona Balfe Secret Romance Caught On 'Outlander' Season 3 Set? Co-Stars Spotted 'Holding Hands'

Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe have been a subject of dating rumors for quite awhile now. After fans realized their undeniable chemistry on-screen, they have been aggressively shipping the "Outlander" season 3 co-stars to continue their connection off-screen as well. Are the stars finally taking their relationship to the next level?

Fans of Sam Heughan (James "Jamie" Mackenzie Fraser) and Caitriona Balfe (Claire Beauchamp Randall/Fraser) are definitely excited to see more scenes of the co-stars together in "Outlander" season 3. The last installment had fans brokenhearted as the two characters were separated and it is believed that the rumored couple are going to work closely in the next season which is probably why they make the most of their moments together on set.

Poor Primadonna revealed that Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe caught hooking up on the set. As if that's not enough, insiders allegedly revealed that the "Outlander" season 3 stars were holding hands and getting flirty with each other.

As if that's not enough, Sam Heughan has previously hinted that he missed working with Caitriona Balfe. The "Outlander" season 3 actor shared that it wasn't easy to not be with his "wifey" during the shoots.

"It's always hard when we're apart, actually, because she's a great person, great to come to work with, and a very good actress," Sam Heughan shared to Vanity Fair. "But I think it all adds to the reunion-if there's a reunion, or when there's a reunion-well you know there's one in the books. It should be very special."

Caitriona Balfe seemingly echoed her co-stars sentiments. The "Outlander" season 3 actress also revealed in a previous interview that she missed Sam Heughan. Talking to Vanity Fair, the 37-year-old actress and model admitted that just like the fans, she and Sam missed the "intimacy between Jamie and Claire."
