Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been sparking engagement reports, as the couple has been headlining news sites after being recently photographed together. While there have been beliefs that the couple may not get married, a spokesman recently confirmed that Prince Harry and Markle may tie the knot despite the "Suits" actress' religion and previous divorce.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's engagement is one of the most highly anticipated news to break the Internet. While all there is at the moment is purely speculation, a new report from Express confirms that the couple can exchange their vows at the same church where Kate Middleton and Prince William got married.

According to a spokesman, Prince Harry and Markle may get married at Westminster Abbey despite the fact that Markle is Jewish and has been divorced from her previous marriage to TV producer Trevor Engelson in 2013. This is in accordance to the General Synod Ruling of 2002, which allows divorced people to get married in England.

This, however, does not go without a hitch, as the publication notes that this would still keep Prince Harry from becoming the monarch. According to the Act of Settlement of 1701, those who are in the line of succession may not keep their right to the throne once they marry a Catholic, as they would represent the Church of England.

Despite this difficulty, Prince Harry and his girlfriend and rumored fiancé were recently spotted sharing a kiss at a polo match. Harpers Bazaar also notes that engagement rumors are widespread because Markle will be attending Pippa Middleton's upcoming wedding.

Middleton's "no ring, no bring" policy led to speculations that Prince Harry and Markle are already engaged and are only waiting for the perfect time to announce their engagement. The publication notes that Kate Middleton's sister may have made an exception for Markle.
