‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 11 Spoilers: Divorce For Penny, Leonard & Wedding For Sheldon, Amy?

"Big Bang Theory" Season 11 spoilers reveal that viewers will see what happens to Sheldon and Amy following the proposal that took place in the final minutes of the show's 10th season. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Steve Molaro explained that he still has not thought of anything with regard to the future of "Shamy."

Molaro explained that Amy had no idea that Sheldon would be proposing, especially because she was aware of Ramona's presence in his life. "Big Bang Theory" Season 11, therefore, will show whether Amy will accept Sheldon's proposal or if this will complicate their relationship.

Molaro shared that the kiss that took place between Sheldon and Ramona has made the former realize how much Amy meant to him. This led to speculations that "Big Bang Theory" Season 11 will feature a wedding between Sheldon and Amy.

While a wedding may be on the horizon for the "Shamy" couple, things are not sitting well between Penny and Leonard. Many fans believed that these two would get divorced on "Big Bang Theory" Season 11, especially because some of their friends are also convinced that they would not last together.

Molaro, however, told Glamour that viewers should not be reading too much into the characters' talk on divorce. The showrunner explained that this was not a foreshadowing of what is ahead on "Big Bang Theory" Season 11 since both Leonard and Penny bring out the best in each other.
