Fans are still waiting for the premiere of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2 and the animated show's crew continue to tease on its possible air date. The wait for "Rick and Morty" Season 3 just seems to drag on and on. Although the first episode unexpectedly aired on Adult Swim on (of all days) April Fool's Day, there has been no update on the next episodes since then. There have even been speculations that the animated series has been canceled (WHY?!), suggesting that the long wait has been for nothing. Nevertheless, fans can rest assured that "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2 WILL air sometime this summer, and the premiere of "Rickmancing the Stone" could be much sooner than expected.

Heavy has recently reported on the absolute absurdity of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 being canceled and offered hope to fans who are still waiting for the next episode. According to the report, one of the show's storyboard artist Erica Hayes has posted an excited update on Twitter. Could this mean that "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2 will finally air next week? Mike McMahan reportedly reacted to the post with a very suggestive "Shhh", causing fans to speculate that the two are referring to "Rickmancing the Stone".

It might still be a long wait for "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Episode 2 but one thing is already for sure: Mr. Meeseeks will not be back in the series.
