Canalis-O Is On! Elisabetta Canalis And Steve-O Caught Together In West Hollywood

When George Clooney's ex-girlfriend got together with "Jackass" star Steve-O the world was a little shocked. Dating briefly in April, the two called off their odd-ball romance...until recently.

Earlier this month the Italian beauty revealed that she would get back together with her ex. Not George Clooney, but Steve-O! Seems like girlfriend got her wish because Perez Hilton and the New York Daily Mail are reporting that the Canalis-O relationship is back on!

According to the NY Daily News, the relationship initially failed due to Canalis' partying lifestyle. Canalis, 33, must have toned it down or Steve-O, 38, got over it because the pair were caught strolling through West Hollywood with a friend on Saturday.

The pictures of their rekindled relationship can be found on JustJared.com. The duo (and the friend) keep it casual with the camera snapping away, not holding hands, but definitely getting close.

"Steve has a lot of strength and humor," Canalis had told Italian A Magazine a couple weeks ago. "It was one of the most important relationships of my life and it doesn't feel as if it is over yet...He is an open wound. He was in a fragile state, and I came into his life like a tractor."

Alcohol and partying became a big issue for the couple. A source had told RadarOnline that although he still cared about his ex, "he can't risk relapsing back into his old ways, so he had to cut her loose."

Their rekindled romance also comes a few weeks after the Chicago Sun-Times reported that Sandra Bullock's ex-husband, Jesse James is crushing on the Italian beauty.

Here's hoping that Steve-O and Elisabetta Canalis can make the romance work for good!
