Jenna Jameson Charged With DUI, May Face Jail Time

Ex-porn star Jenna Jameson may be a legend in front of the camera, but the 38-year-old does not take a great mug shot photo. Jameson has officially been charged with a DUI.

On May 25 Jameson was arrested after crashing her car into a street pole in a Los Angeles suburb in the early morning. TMZ reported that the blonde had "showed signs of intoxication," and failed a field sobriety test.

According to E! News, Jameson had a blood alcohol level of 0.13, well above the legal limit. The 38-year-old was also found with two prescription drugs in her system, zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenophine (suboxone).

The Orange County D.A.'s office revealed to E! News that the porn mogul is being charged with three misdemeanors. Jameson faces one misdemeanor of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, one misdemeanor of having a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher, and one misdemeanor of driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

The Mercury News reports that if Jameson is convicted on all accounts she may face up to one year in jail. Arraignment for Jenna Jameson is scheduled for Tuesday.
