Anna Paquin And Stephen Moyer Expecting Twins?

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer announced their pregnancy back in April, but could the "True Blood" stars be expecting twins? According to Us Weekly magazine they are.

"I'm so excited for them," Sam Trammell, Paquin and Moyer's co-star on "True Blood" told Us Weekly. "We sent them a special gift. It's so interesting that "True Blood" has become, like, the 'twins' show."

Trammell also has twins and despite the fact that Moyer is already a dad to a daughter and son, Lilac and Billy, he is seeking advice from his co-star about having multiplesdia .

"It's harder, having twins, but it's all we know. So we're trying to impart some decent wisdom," Trammell said. "I told them to hold on tight!"

This will be the first child or children for Paquin who married Moyer in August of 2010. Paquin is due in the fall.

The couple's reps have not confirmed the twin reports as of yet.
