HBO Announces Production OF Season Three Of Game Of Thrones To Begin in July

Season 2 of HBO's hit show "Game of Thrones" just ended, but the network is already looking ahead. Today HBO announced that production of season three will begin in July.

The series will continue to be filmed in Ireland, Croatia and Iceland, but will also add a new location - Morocco. Also David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, Alex Graves, Michelle MacLaren, Dan Minahan, David Nutter and Alik Sakharov will be directing episodes and Benioff, Weiss, Bryan Cogman, George R.R. Martin and Vanessa Taylor will be writing.
