This week's episode of "Royal Pains" opens with Hank jogging leisurely across the sand where he runs right into Harper's extreme yoga ball class and quickly joins in on their sit-up session. Proving to be completely immune to his sexy core strength Harper brushes off his advances, holding fast to her no-dating-doctors rule. To his credit, Hank doesn't counter with, "but I'm so cute," though you can tell that's what he was thinking.

Jeremiah is adorably earnest, practicing Hank's signature catch phrase in his mirror trying his best to emulate the good doctor as much as possible. Later on the beach, dressed in full white coat, Jeremiah is asked to help a surfer with a dislocated hip. After performing whatever the medical word is for "shoving" to no avail Jeremiah looks up a video of someone performing an alternative method on his phone in what would be a great iPhone commercial. The new technique works and Jeremiah saves the day.

Divya's mom goes back to England still waiting for her husband to return her calls, and Divya decides to pay daddy dearest a visit under the guise of checking his vitals and his meds. Dad checks out physically, but when he tells his daughter he's filling in the pool to spite her backstroke-loving mom Divya diagnoses him as heartless (it's not the kind of show that would actually give her that line, but it was the general emotion behind her speech). She storms off after telling him if he doesn't learn forgiveness he'll end up all alone.

Evan is incredibly excited about the meeting Paige has arranged for him with the manager of a country club, but when she gets distracted during their talk it becomes clear she's going to be the night's medical mystery. The seemingly competent Sidney mixes up her patrons, overbooks a tennis court, and to top off the alarming symptoms is so terrified by the sight of her own reflection she's startled into the arm of a couch and falls face first on a glass table. It's Dr. Hank to the rescue, and after a quick mirror test he realizes she's suffering from a brain injury that doesn't allow her to recognize faces. Luckily, like most medical problems dropped in Hank's capable hands it's reversible, and the doc assures her with time and mental exercises she'll be recognizing people like a pro.

Boris calls Hank into his office to give him his mission, should he choose to accept it. With very little explanation of what the job actually entails, Boris gives him a super-special-secret beeper with the instructions that whenever it goes off he must drop what he's doing, take the SIM card out of his phone, and meet him to be whisked off to the secret location. Despite the lack of details and abundance of chill inducing implications (like Boris asking him if he has a will) Hank agrees to take the job.

After a disastrous first date that had her babbling non-stop about her daddy-issues Divya goes back to her dad's place for another heart to heart and finds him face down in the pool. She calls 911, does CPR, and eventually tags along as he's rushed to the hospital where he remains comatose for over twelve hours. When Hank stops by her dad's room to check up on them Divya explains she and the doctor believe her dad tried to kill himself, and she believes her tirade drove him to it. Hank dutifully denies that line of thinking, but Divya doesn't seem convinced.

After wearing her down Hank finally meets Harper for the much anticipated date, but his super-secret-special pager goes off the moment she sits down. As he rushes to meet Boris she makes it clear he's blown his one chance with her (sad trombone).
