Country singer Jason Aldean may be behind the hit song "My Kinda Party," but his party definitely got a little out of control last week when he was photographed kissing former "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr. The problem between their public rendezvous at a Sunset Strip bar is that Aldean has been married for the past 11 years.

The pair were spotted at a bar called The Den last Wednesday by TMZ. A series of photos show the pair being very flirty until eventually they kiss. Now Aldean, 35, and Kerr, 24, have issued separate apologies for their "moment of indiscretion."

On Sunday Aldean published his apology on his Facebook page, stating:

"Hey Guys -- I wanted to talk to you directly, so you were hearing the truth from me and not just reading allegations made about my personal life on gossip web sites. The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I'm not perfect, and I'm sorry for disappointing you guys. I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support."

As of Tuesday morning the country singer received over 30,000 comments on his Facebook apology...not all forgiving. "I am deleting you from Pandora and I hope your wife deletes you as well," one fan wrote. Meanwhile another fan simply stated, "No one is perfect. Until I walk in your shoes...no judgement."

Brittany Kerr, who appeared on season 11 of "American Idol," issued her own apology on the matter, stating:

"The actions I portrayed recently were not a representation of my true character, but a lapse in judgement on my part. I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone that has been affected by this, including my friends and family."

The Daily Mail reports that Kerr, a cheerleader for the Charlotte Bobcats, has deleted her Twitter account since news of her brief fling with Aldean broke.

Aldean, who married his high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery in 2001, has two young daughters.
