Johnny Depp and Amber Heard appear to be back on. Sources are reporting that the duo, who made headlines in June, were acting "flirty" at a LA nightclub this past Monday.

According to the New York Post, witnesses claim that Depp, 49, and Heard, 26, looked "flirty" and "sat close, conversing the whole time," while at a nightclub on Monday. Spending a couple hours together, the pair sat on a blocked off patio. Heard was reportedly rocking a short, brown hairstyle.

With a 23 year age difference between them, Depp and Heard became water cooler talk in mid-June when Depp split from Vanessa Paradis, his partner of 14 years. Sharing two children together, reports circulated that Heard was the root of Depp and Paradis' split.

The pair met while filming "The Rum Diaries," and according to The Daily Telegraph, their relationship went a lot further than just the filming. Heard was spotted around Depp's New Mexico "Lone Ranger" set, and reports surfaced that the actor even bought his young rumored lover a horse so that "they can ride together."

Their relationship became more suspicious when a week after Depp announced his divorce, Heard, a bi-sexual, split from her longtime girlfriend, artist Tasya van Ree.

Fearing the media attention and being labeled a "home wrecker," OK magazine reported over the summer that Heard called off her relationship with Depp.

"Amber has never wanted that sort of attention," a source told OK. "She prides herself on being free-thinking and independent -- not some home wrecker trying to sleep her way to the top....she needed some space."

Judging by the recent reports, we have a feeling Amber Heard is over her "need for space."
