Robert Pattinson Reportedly Dumps Kristen Stewart! ‘Twilight’ Couple To Be Just 'Good Friends'

It's like "Breaking Dawn Up --Part 2" for "Twilight" stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. After being on-and-off since Stewart's July affair with married "Snow White and The Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, Pattinson has reportedly ended their relationship...again!

The UK's Sun reports that the couple, who have only been reunited since September, called off their relationship this past weekend. Rumors began swirling of a possible break up after Kristen Stewart failed to appear as Robert Pattinson's date to the Golden Globes. However, the "On The Road" actress is said to have attended an after-party with him.

"She flew to LA and was supposed to be Rob's date for the Golden Globes, but he told her he wants to cool it off," a source told The Sun. "He loves her but would rather go back to being good friends so they can rebuild their trust and focus on work after 'Twilight.'"

As fans of the "Twilight" stars know, Stewart and Pattinson's relationship turned into a media circus when Us Weekly published photos of Stewart in an intimate embrace with married director Rupert Sanders this past July. Shortly after the photos were published, Stewart issued an apology for hurting Pattinson, her beau of three years.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," she said in a statement over the summer.

While the current break up reports have yet to be confirmed by their reps, the Daily Mail takes note that the two were last spotted in public together on Nov. 27.
