'X Factor 'Judge Demi Lovato Posts Makeup-Free Selfie on Instagram [PHOTO]

Demi Lovato posted a makeup-free selfie on Instagram earlier this week.

The 20-year-old singer posted a makeup-free photo of herself in Instagram on Monday. This selfie picture of the X Factor judge was taken a day after Lovato and Nick Jonas performed at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, Aug. 11.

"Was sooooooo sleepy yesterday #TCAs," Lovato wrote in the caption. In the picture, she was wearing her blonde hair down, a white t-shirt with a big letter B and glasses.

This isn't the first time that the entertainer went all natural. The rocker also encouraged her followers to do the same back in April, "Ladies, be brave today," she tweeted. "Take off your make-up and stop using those filters!! WE are beautiful!!!"

Even though a lot of people would be scared to do what Lovato did, it's totally refreshing that she is leading the charge on encouraging people to be brave and not wear makeup.
