Kris Jenner: Kanye West Is an 'Amazing Boyfriend' to Kim Kardashian and a 'Great Dad' [VIDEO]

Kris Jenner has vouched for Kanye West as being a great boyfriend to her daughter, Kim Kardashian, E! News reported Friday.

Jenner appeared on Hello Ross on Friday evening and opened to host Ross Mathews about the Watch the Throne rapper.  Jenner said she was witness to a different person that the public has become accustomed to.  Last week, West launched into a Twitter tirade against late night host Jimmy Kimmel.

"I love him so much," Jenner said, "and he's such an amazing boyfriend to Kim and a great dad and a wonderful person."

Jenner brought up West appearing on her talk show Kris earlier in the summer. She recalled it as a positive experience.

"And that's why I thought it was so cool to have him on my show, and I got to sit down with him for an entire hour, and I think people saw this other side to him," the Kardashian matriarch said.

She also lauded West's talents as an entertainer.  She felt honored that he granted her interview since he has been selective about who he engages with.

"He's creative and he's an amazing, amazing human being, he really is. And he doesn't always do interviews and get the chance to really express himself like that, so I was really glad that I got a chance to sit down and talk with him," she added.
